With regular redesign throughout the past century,
2017 marked 25 years since the current identity
was introduced, providing a great opportunity for
a refresh.

I worked on designing a proposal for a new identity
for the financial services company – consisting of
a revised logomark,  logotype, typeface, patterns
and graphics.

Caixa — Caja – Box.

The central focus of the identity took reference from
its name and meaning, with the logomark designed as an
adaptation of the current, taking the same concept and translating it to a more graphic mark – within a box.
Accompanying graphics were also designed within such
boxes, with graphic shapes referencing Catalunya,
banking and money, among others.
